I can't figure this out, clicking on my username doesn't lead me anywhere but

account settings and I couldn't find it there.

I'd like to re-read all the past advice given to me.

Having a really rough time, where I am reacting to all foods that I eat now, and

not sure if I just triggered more automatic healing everytime I eat, but I am

going bazerk everytime I eat, for hours, and that leads me to extreme agitation

inside, impatience, mean yelling around my beautiful child, followed by crying

later b/c of the monster I'm acting like b/c of the stingy acidic antsy on nerve

ending all inside my whole body, extreme agitation. I can't figure how to sort

of get back to baseline again, I'm eating what were my safest foods a couple

weeks ago.

:o(

Only typing clear headed now b/c I have not eaten yet today and although I have

cramping stiff low back and calves/legs, I took a shower and then 10 mins in 1 c

epsom just with legs submerged and stretched and I feel 'less crazy inside' at

this moment. Is this typical? Scary. Don't feel like myself and afraid to

eat!

Not doing fitday calculations yet as I am so so ill, that I can't even wrap my

head around reading something at present, but eating only good vegetables, meat

and some fats. Even cut back on celtic salt I was having a bit too much I

realised (2 tsp- 2.5 tsp per day) and no evco for 1 week, and cut back to almost

stop the cal/mag citrate and stop vit c for 2 days now.

Just trying to 'normalize' as this is agony, since yesterday and I wonder if

it's all the beef and beef fat I ate triggering reactions? Ugh.
