How bad is cheating?

Hello everyone!

This is my first week. I just started on monday. I have a friend, who I believe

is a member of this support group as well, who has been coaching me along, but I

can only ask for so much of her time! lol. Anyway, the first couple days weren't

too bad. The last few days have been rough. One day I had a small handful of

plain pretzels, another day I had 5 or 6 fruit snacks and 2 bites of potato and

today I had probably 3-4 Tbsp of peanut butter. I guess my question is - is

cheating in the first few weeks common? And now bad is cheating? How much will

it set you back if you do it just a tiny bit a day? Not that I plan to keep

doing it or want to justify it, but I just am curious if it took away from any

healing I may have done this week. I am having ear pain and itching (which was

bad yesterday and the day before but is almost totally gone today!) and stomach

pain and cramping (gallbladder area - I have had gallstones and many gallbladder

attacks in the past). I have also had bathroom issues this week. So, I believe

my body had done healing... am I setting myself back?

Thanks!
