Hey group,

A family at my church just started raising organic chickens.....so I thought I

would try some of their chicken and chicken livers.

Well, I was shocked by the way the organic chicken livers looked....they were

NOT yellow looking, the way I have been seeing them for years...(sold at most

stores)

The organic chicken livers actually had the same color as beef liver. I cooked

the livers and had them over a salad....gosh, it was a wonderful dinner and very

filling too.
