But Nystatin is an anti-fungal??? And you recommend it as one of you supplements to start out with??? > > My holistic doctor sent me a coffee enema kit. It's a bucket one with a tube. When I'm done with it, how can I make it completely dry so as to avoid mold and other bacterias??? +++Hi Sara, In what article did you read Nystatin is a supplement on my program, since I may have missed deleting it? See this article which explains how to clean out your enema equipment - see the last step: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema4.php Bee

I meant Niacin, LOL!!! The Yeast Flakes. I get the two words mixed up cause my gyno prescribed me the Nystatic cream as a topical. Haha, sorry for the confusion!!! I forgot to say that I have looked at your coffee enemas page and have seen the procedure to clean. However, I did not look at those pages until a few days after I tried my first one. The tip I cleaned with soap and water but it's been almost a week since I tried it and there is still moisture going through the whole tube that has not dried yet. Should I soak the whole tube in peroxide and water before I used it again to be on the safe side??? Also, is it okay to do coffee enemas and take Epsom salt baths while on my period??? Thanks again!!! P.S. The coconut oil is SO GOOD. I made some chicken with it last night and I literally licked my plate clean. No joke. I gotta be careful with it, though, cause I know too much too soon is not good!!!

You couldn't possibly get any feces up into the tube anyway, so don't be concerned. > > Also, is it okay to do coffee enemas and take Epsom salt baths while on my period??? +++Yes it is okay! > >> P.S.
