Hi Collette,

I also still have anal itching after being on Bee's program for 22 months. It is

one of my last symptoms. However, I know this is a healing reaction as this

issue didn't start until after I was on the diet and supplements. The itching

always starts at night when the body is detoxifying the most and has

progressively improved over the last couple of months.

My healing progress improved rapidly when I eliminated cheats and was hitting my

protein and fat ratio's daily. Great job sticking to the program for 17 months.

I would assume it would take you up to 46 months to heal yourself but it will be

well worth it!

Hi Everyone!

I didn't see a response to my questions below so I thought I would resubmit

them. I did read a post a couple of days ago written by Heidi about her

sinus issues. In Bee's response (if I understood correctly) she said that

the sinus symptoms could be retracing or it could also be the way the body

detoxifies itself. So, perhaps this could be applicable to my situation?

If it is the method my body is detoxifying, then I might have these symptoms

for a total of 46 months (I am 46 years old- assuming I have had candida

since birth).

I would appreciate any help on retracing vs. detoxifying and also about how

cheats effect the healing timeline. Thank you so much! Collette

Hello!

I have been on the diet for 17 months. When my daughter was born 8 1/2 years

ago the midwife said that I had a candida overgrowth at my anus, but I had

not noticed this myself. However 2-3 years later I began to have anal

itching. Even after being on the diet for 17 months I still have this

problem.

Based on the retracing of one month for every year I should be done with

that symptom. Perhaps now it is a healing reaction instead?

I have had a few cheats (one of the times was when I had my appendix out and

I was off the diet for 5 days). I am consistent with supplements but not

with enemas (I have 2 kids so it is hard to have the privacy). Topical

coconut oil helps a lot, but I would like to be done with it!

I would appreciate any thoughts as I am a little worried as to why I am

still having problems. I did a search of the messages but I couldn't find

exactly what I'm looking for.

Thanks, Collette
