Guest guest
I have heard of using hydrogen peroxide. I would try using a salicylic acid plaster first for a few days, get down to the core so it is exposed, then pour 3% hydrogen peroxide into it and let it sit a bit. You may have to do this more than once.
Guest guest
You would probably need a higher concentration which would be best performed by a health professional. Guest guest
Hi Bee, What is the explanation for a plantar wart (a wart on the foot)? Body detoxifying? I got it back in November on a trip to NYC. I started your diet Jan 1 (and have cheated at a few meals) and now started putting Oregano Oil on it and it is going away. Thanks. I've read that it is best to keep it soaked in oil with no air getting at it for at least 14 days, which apparently how long it take to get rid of it. I don't know anyone who reported doing that, so I can't say it definitely works. Soak a round bandaid with oil of oregano or any kind of oil (Vitamin E, Vitamin A, cod liver oil, extra virgin olive oil, unrefined coconut oil, etc.) and keep adding more as needed. Change the bandaid whenever you wish, maybe every 2 days. Bee
