Guest guest
Hi , i wondered if you had a list for shopping? i found what i thought was one but it doesnt mention gluten free flour or rice etc. is this not allowed? I think i am going to starve to death on this plan. And what food fills you up? Also I cant plan to go out anywhere because what can I take? I plan to go back to work as soon as I am well enough but what food am i supposed to take with me? It all seems impossibly strict and the recipes just dont seem filling enough. Also if I have to go 40 months on this plan does that mean no chocolate treats or anything for so long? I think i will go mad lol. It just seems so extreme and there is no way i could encourage my kids to join me on this diet because i think they would waste away. I know I am moaning but surely you can have the occasion treat or a piece of fruit? the thought of going through another holiday on lettuce leaves just fills me with dread lol thanks kelly

Well, you just have to " bite the bullet " and start, one step at a time. Eventually your cravings and withdrawal symptoms decrease, and your taste buds change, and your body changes over from running on sugar/carbs to running on fats. So please ensure you read first and understand why foods on this diet don't allow any kind of grains, like rice flour, etc. When you understand why it will make all of the difference in your viewpoint about the foods on this program. So please read these articles so you understand why you do not have some foods How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php Many members of this group, and also babies and children and many others have done this program successfully and they have gotten healthy. So it may be a decision you have to make for yourself, i.e. whether you want to get healthy or not, and whether you have the determination to do it.
