Guest guest
Hi Bee, What chart do you use in order to determine ideal weight or weight range for an individual? I am one of those people that have gained a considerable amount of weight on the program. I don't usually ever weigh myself, but I was in the doctors office this week and had to weigh in. Thank you. Also tell me which one of these three activity levels you are: *Sedentary - Passive activities, i.e. watching TV, working on the computer, reading, driving a car. *Moderate activity - Lively activities, i.e. one hour per day walking, swimming, jogging, tennis. *Active - Vigorous activities, i.e. two hours or more per day moving furniture or playing sports.
