HCL Burning

Hi Bee,

I typically take anywhere from 2-4 HCL pills 40-45min after I eat a meal (just

depending on the size of my meal). As far as the burning goes I just want to

make sure I'm looking for the correct feeling.

After I take them I sometimes get a burning feeling in my throat and upper chest

area. It happens within a minute or two of taking them. Is that the burning I'm

looking for if I take too many? It only lasts about 10min and then it's gone. I

just don't know if when I feel this I took too many or if I should be looking

for burning more in my stomach area.

Thanks,

+++Hi ,

Yes, that is what the burning feeling would be, which is not usually in the

stomach itself. Tt your next meal take one less.

Some meals may require less, like Bee's Egg Drink, or a soup, a couple of eggs

and no meat, etc. Use your judgement with such meals. You can judge the amount

according to the amount of protein.
