alleviation of flu symptoms

Is there anything in particular you recommend for alleviating symptoms of the

flu? I have had some virulent something for four days now with no signs that it

is abating. I still have an elevated temperature, sore throat, congestion,

headache, and sore chest. I'm starting to worry because I haven't had anything

this bad in many years (longer than I can remember) and because it's hanging on

this long. Anyway, I was wondering if there's anything you would recommend that

I do besides getting plenty of rest (which I'm doing) and riding it out.

Thank you.

+++Hi ,

The flu and colds are because your body is detoxifying itself.

Having the flu for 4our days to have the flu isn't terribly long anyway. Tt

will run its course and peter out when your body has finished detoxing itself in

that way.

In the meantime you can do some treatments to assist your body in its detoxing

efforts, but they will not stop the flu.

#1 is to have an all liquid and pureed foods diet, i.e. soup, bone broths, Bee's

egg drink, and well-cooked vegetables that are put into a blender, with some

water added, to puree them into a baby food-like consistency. Cook ground meats

in water or coconut oil on low heat and blend them with water.

#2 - do some of these treatments:

All the best, Bee
