Does he get stomach aches, have constipation, diarrhea, etc.? Bee
Guest guest
Bee, He does not get stomachaches, constipation, or diarrhea. It had just occurred to me that maybe his digestion is not good since he seems to be excreting toxins through his skin with the bad eczema. I didn't want to miss doing the HCl if it would help him, but if he only needs it if he has stomach/bowel problems then I guess he doesn't need it. I have been on the program for a year and a half but have never taken HCl. I wouldn't say I suffer from constipation, but I do not have regular bowel movements and my stools are hard. Is this constipation even without the pain/discomfort? Would I benefit from HCl? Thanks! Eczema, like all abnormal skin conditions, is caused by toxins going out through the skin, so his digestion isn't related. > > I have been on the program for a year and a half but have never taken HCl. Also ensure you are getting 1.5 teaspoons of ocean sea salt per day - measure it out in the morning and split it between 3 meals or added to water. You should be taking 4,000 mg of vitamin C per day too. Bee

If you have ever been constipated in the past, before this program, your body will also be retracing those episodes. Bee
