Guest guest
Dearest Bee... Should I not be consuming Coconut Oil and garlic at the same time??? I had 2 cloves of garlic yesterday and then one today. My order of supplements arrived so I got my coconut oil and I tried just a tiny bit with a spoon (so yummy!!!) and then I used a bit of it to cook some eggs. I chopped up a garlic clove and added it to the eggs. That's the one from today. So I've had a total of 3 garlic cloves and I would guess maybe a tablespoon of coconut oil??? The reason I ask is cause I'm reading some of your success stories and one of them this girls says " I am finally up to 6 tablespoons of coconut oil, now I can add another anti-fungal " . Garlic is considered an anti-fungal, right??? I mean, I haven't really officially started this diet yet but my feminine issue feels way better today. I'm wondering if it's the garlic??? However, it is quite okay to have any foods on the foods list, including garlic. Garlic, like many foods, is very healthy and nutritious. The reason antifungals aren't recommended is because they cannot kill off candida, and candida cannot be cured by " killing it off " or by " trying to get rid of it. " Candida is only cured by getting healthy, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (Bee's diet plus supplements which provides all of the nutrients any Human needs in order to be healthy). 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer). 3) Eliminating damaging foods. 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When you are healthy enough your body automatically " changes " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Perhaps the reason itself for taking whole food anti-fungals like garlic was wrong. But the practice itself might be producing yet-undiscovered immune system power boosters in the body? If the immune system were somehow stronger from all the garlic, it would make sense that Candida overgrowth would return to normal quicker. Just thinking out loud. Although it tastes weird to me, large quantites of garlic always makes me feel like my arteries are being washed and scrubbed from the inside. Very powerful feeling. Very powerful feeling. +++Hi Mark, Yes, garlic has many other health benefits than being " supposedly " antifungal. It would be nice if you could take garlic, or some other foods, herbs or spices, that would specifically boost the overall health (immune system). However, it doesn't work like that, since all of the nutrients work together to detoxify, repair, and rebuild and that takes time. Evidently garlic does help the body cleanse the blood. If your doc has never used this lab and doesn't have a lab kit you need to call Igenix and they'll send you the kit with the Fed Ex box to send the blood back. Guest guest
Kris-Yes, it's wonderful if you can find an open-minded doc who will prescribe meds and see what the outcome is. Today most go by strict "guidelines" and don't know how to make a clinical diagnosis.Aandraya On Dec 12, 2011, at 7:11 PM, Krys Brennand <krys109uk@...> wrote: Aandraya,Kaz is in UK, unless the Dr is private, the test will cost her nothing, however, I don't know whether the IGENIX labs tests will be available to her. Guest guest
Hi EverybodyI went to see my doctor today to ask him about tests for lyme and co infections.. He totally dismissed what I was saying, by telling me that if I had lyme I would ' be on a life support machine ' by now - he said lyme is only in North America and all but non existent in the UK.I went on to say I think bird mites are attracted to me possibly due to fungus and he said he will not prescribe itraconazole or any other medication for that matter...By this time I was in tears.. I tried to hold them in, but it all got too much - and then I couldn't stop.He said that I need absolute proof of what I have got before prescribing any medication at all. When my 10 minutes was up he said ' I have a queue of people out there waiting to see me so you had better go'. I was in bits and he didn't give a damn.Needless to say, I am very low at the moment with it all..Thanks for listeningKaz x From: Aandraya <aandraya@...> "bird mites " <bird mites > Sent: Monday, December 12, 2011 11:49 PM Subject: Re: Anti-Fungals Kaz-Don't bother to get the coinfection tests, waste of money and the infections don't show up, they are diagnosed based on symptoms. Guest guest
Hi ,Sorry you were treated so uncompassionately. I think it was fairly predictable behavior on the part of this doctor. Wish you could see a Lyme Literate MD in the UK. I think Aandraya suggested a way to do that. There is no excuse for the treatment you got, regardless of his queue. I get 10 minutes here too with my GP at the HMO we are a part of and that medical care is only good for a few things and there are things they are pretty good at, but chronic illness is not one of them. Thank God I do have a LLMD who listens. I don't know where I would be if I had not had the help of my older brother who paid for my treatment for the first 1-1/2 years. He was a God send to me. And I realize most people don't have this, but I am grateful. Maybe follow up with the suggestion by Aandraya? From: " Keogh" <kazk1@...>bird mites Sent: Tuesday, December 13, 2011 1:18:05 PMSubject: Re: Anti-Fungals Hi EverybodyI went to see my doctor today to ask him about tests for lyme and co infections.. Guest guest
Kaz-Been there. It's not just in the UK that happens. Before I was diagnosed I went through the exact same thing with doctors, multiple times. I wanted to warn you, but we all have to experience it as part of the journey. I was shocked when doctors treated me like this. Consider going to the Eurolyme site- the moderator, Gill, is wonderful. Lyme is everywhere in the UK, they can connect you with doctors who deal with these chronic infections and support groups. I have a strong suspicion you're dealing with Lyme. What symptoms and health issues do you have? Sorry I can't remember, so many of us are so similar. Do you have the black specks? Sores? Skin marks? Any marks that look like stretch marks- white or red? Skin mottling? Brain fog, any pains, crawling or biting sensations? Vision issues?AandrayaOn Dec 13, 2011, at 3:18 PM, Keogh <kazk1@...> wrote: Hi EverybodyI went to see my doctor today to ask him about tests for lyme and co infections.. Guest guest
Aandraya and Thank you for your replies. I was really shocked by his dismissiveness (is that a word!) I am going to try to get the money together to get tested privately, but I'm moving house in March and so need to save for that too. I really wish I had had private healthcare when all this started :0/The symptoms I have are constant tinnitus, itching a lot, not as many bites as before, brain fog, a frozen shoulder ( seems to have cleared up though), a kind of shooting/stabbing pain in my fingers and toes, painful neck - no stretch mark type marks on skin though - my vision tends to blur a bit especially at work in front of the computer.I will join Eurolyme tomorrow - thanks for that.Kaz x From: Aandraya <aandraya@...> "bird mites " <bird mites > Sent: Tuesday, December 13, 2011 9:53 PM Subject: Re: Anti-Fungals Kaz-Been there. Guest guest
Dear Kaz, Reading about GPs like yours just makes me so cross. The arrogance of some of these doctors ( & vets for that matter). It sounds like they treated you just like my mother's GPs treated her. Don't be scared of standing up to them & telling them they're wrong.  Don't worry about upsetting them, after all they're not worried about upsetting you.  You could put in an official complaint to your local health authority.  The health authority won't want you to complain & will give you a load of nonsense, but your GP will start to jump through hoops. When I started kicking up a fuss over the treatment of my mother, all of a sudden the GPs started doing what I'd been trying to get them to do for months.  As far as approaching GPs,  if one knows they're not going to take one seriously if one tells the truth, then make it something they have to take seriously. It's a means to an end & if you have to say you were bitten by a tick in the New Forest in order to make them give you a Lyme Test, then do it. Don't give them the chance to say you're wrong or make you feel stupid; go in there with all the info & tell them precisely what you want. Be confident; be assertive. Wishing you all the best,KrysOn 13 December 2011 15:18, Keogh <kazk1@...> wrote:  Hi EverybodyI went to see my doctor today to ask him about tests for lyme and co infections.. Guest guest
I'm not a bit surprised you got that response and you'll see all the memebers at Eurolyme have your identical story.Yes, that's Lyme, you have the perfect symptom list, even the frozen shoulder and stabbing pains. There are a few Lyme docs in the UK, they don't reveal the names online, but Gill will email you the info. And many go to the Breakspeare Clinic and speak very highly of it. Some even come to the U.S. for treatment, others Germany. I do know that Dr. Klinghardt has a practice in England, he treats mostly with herbals, some antibiotics. There are local support groups around the UK as well.Don't worry, once you see a doctor that knows about this stuff you'll be quite relieved. If it makes you feel any better, before I got diagnosed the ER doctor admitted me to the psych. Ward because she thought I was making up my symptoms... Delusional, etc. Lyme is treatable 100%.Aandraya On Dec 13, 2011, at 4:11 PM, Keogh <kazk1@...> wrote: Aandraya and Thank you for your replies. Guest guest
-In the meantime you can get antibiotics(abx) without a prescription online- Doxycycline is cheap and very effective, start at 100mg 2x a day, then 200 mg 2x a day. If you have any skin lesions Bactrim DS is great. Itraconazole would be good to add to it, but can be expensive- 200mg a day. Also, high dose Allicin is commonly used in Europe- I forgot the name of the product there, you can find it online. Other herbals from U.S.- Bioresource's Samento and Banderol, Byron White formulas- AL Complex. These are all effective for Lyme and coinfections and would get you started treating. Let me know and I can be more specific. Also, start supplementing magnesium glycinate, D3, Vit. C, Fish oil and a B complex.Aandraya On Dec 13, 2011, at 4:11 PM, Keogh <kazk1@...> wrote: Aandraya and Thank you for your replies. I was really shocked by his dismissiveness (is that a word!) Guest guest
-I agree with Krys, tell them you had a tick bite AND a bullseye rash(some docs think u have to get that) even though the test they use is a 50/50 chance you'll get a pos. when you have the infection. The Lyme docs there know how to diagnose based on symptoms and then confirm it even more when the patient responds to treatment. This strategy is used with many illnesses, not just Lyme. A positive test is great when you have one and it can help confirm diagnosis, but Lyme docs know it is not the last word. A negative Lyme test, even when done at Igenix CAN NOT rule out Lyme. Many on Eurolyme have written complaints like is talking about. Had 4 different pest control companies working for me. They fumigated the offices where it all started with bird's nest on the roof 4 times using Permethrin. Did not do anything. Fumigated my car... no difference !! Did not waste my money on them in my home after that. Kept reading this forum and learnt everyday. These guys have saved my life !! I am not completely mite-free, but am enjoying an almost normal life again. It is possible ! Guest guest
I have had great success with MMS. There are many new protocols from when I treated, I am now on maintenance dosage. Here are the different protocols, remember pulsing is important, taking small doses frequency is pulsing. Also important start slow and do not make yourself sick, the objective is to kill slowly and boost the immune system. I used MMS2 with my last dosage and protocol, reason just discovered. Read and read some more:) Then go for it, remember slow, and frequencies. If the taste gets to much capsule the MMS1 and then take with at least 8oz water. The more water you drink the better, helps the kidneys and live flush to. Take no Vitamin C within a 2 hour window, or antioxidant it will cancel the MMS. http://jimhumble.biz/ > > > >>> > > > >>>>When you move, you have to prevent them from... > > > >>> > > > >> > > > >> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >------------------------------------ > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Also taking daily baths with MMS1 helps while taking internally. Use no soap with the bath just MMS. I scrubbed good with lye soap in shower, and shampooed with lye, then rinsed well and soaked. > > > > >>> > > > > >>>>When you move, you have to prevent them from... > > > > >>> > > > > >> > > > > >> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >------------------------------------ > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Dismissed by my primary care dr. too. Ended up in tears with him patronizing me more...didn't see him again. Lyme doctors were great to me though! Hang in there. You just have to find the right dr.
