about sauerkrout. I had been buying the Eden one, but just found out it is

pasteurized. My local HF store carries Boar's Head sauerkrout also, I called

them and they confirmed that their krout is raw and unpasteurized, but not

organic, so my question is: choose organic but pasteurized (Eden) or

unpasteurized but not organic (Boar's head)?

+++Hi Caroline,

Because of discoveries I made in the last year I've revised my recommendations

about sauerkraut. So, yes, it is okay to have either one. Eden's would be

better.

Hi Bee,

Thank you so much! By the way, I'm continuing to improve and feel like things

are going extremely well.

Thanks again,

Caroline
