Guest guest
Hi I read in one post from a while back that someone had specks or stringy 'stuff' in their urine, and the answer back was that it was toxins. I get that too. Does that mean the body is healing, if it's trying to rid itself of the toxins? Or does that mean the candida is getting worse and there's an overload of toxins? Just wondering because I didn't have the cloudy, stringy urine until I started the diet. Also, recently I've been getting blood on tp after a bowel movement. I'd for the few weeks before been taking A LOT of garlic. Could that be why? Today there was blood not only on the tp, but in the stool. It's bright red, so that helps set my mind at ease. But want to ask about that too. Thanks.
