Here is a quote from Dr. Bate who is a pioneer in orthomolecular/alternative therapies. He says it does: " Remember that vitamin C takes out all minerals, so while chelating in any way, you have to put back in the " good " minerals your body needs. (This is why you take any mineral supplements at least 4 hours after taking vitamin C.)
