Guest guest
Hi Bee and Group, I went to see a doctor about my abdominal pains and I am waiting for `new ` blood results and abdomen scan. Of course doctors immediate verdict was `lack of fibres'. How frustrating! Meantime I have observed that I have some problems with moisture balance. I have a bowel movements but my stool is rock-hard (causing bleeding which is painful), My skin is dehydrated, then hands are wrinkled (like I were sitting in bath for 1 hour) and they cracked. When I go to sauna I barely sweet anymore and when I drink cup of tea I urinate 3 times more). I had something like this about 12 years ago when my hormonal balance was messed up with anorexia i had. I don't think I will be retracting this as I am on your diet 5 months only, not even fully as I cheat a lot. I have recently changed my diet to 60% fat and eating more veggies (cooked) to help my constipation, I am wondering if I am still healing or not? I am very confused recently and don't know which track to go. Dobrusia > > > > > Hi Bee, > > > > I have a bad constipation recently (3 weeks). The longer I go without bowel movement the more ugly I look (dark circles and red facial skin) and feel. What do you mean by 60% fat? Is that according to calories or what? Was that an increase or decrease from what you have been doing for 5 months on my program? If you were completely on my program you would have calculated your ratio of protein, fat and carbs for your height, and then you would enter foods into fitday.com to ensure you are consuming your calculated ratios. If you were not doing that, you were not on my program. Dryness in all areas of the body is caused by: 1) Toxins. 2) Lack of the correct combination of fats I recommend which are necessary in order for water to be absorbed and used by the cells throughout the body, including high enough fats according to your ratios, vitamins A, D & E, and omega 3. Of course those fats are important for absorbing and utilizing minerals and all other nutrients on my program. 3) Lack of minerals. If your body needs water it will also absorb it from your stools. So I don't know where you are at either. All the best, Bee
