Guest guest
Hi Bee and everyone, Sometimes I actually get chilled in the middle of my niacin flushes; I literally get goosebumps, even while my skin is red and hot to the touch! Makes no sense to me. Anything to be concerned about? Does anyone else get this reaction? Dana
Guest guest
Hi Dana, The same thing happens to me. It is nothing to be concerned about. Since the surface blood vessels are open, your skin gets hot and red. The reason you get cold is because as your blood comes to the surface, heat from your blood is released from your body. Cover up and keep warm!
