I am going to go ahead and give this a go since I seem to do so well on very low

carbs and am very intolerant of them.

Is there a section on your website that describes more on what I am

accomplishing by doing this? The added benifits etc?

I assume I would stay on this until I regained health or at least a level that I

felt comfortable adding the lower carbs back in?

I just met a person with lyme disease that basically did the animal protien/fats

and dairy and made tons of headway. ( I know this is the candida forum so...no

no on dairy for those that have it)

Thanks Bee!

+++Hi there. Sorry, I don't remember your name. : )

Here's the link for my All Meat and Fat Program:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/meat5.php

Since your body will be running on good fats instead of glucose/carbs you should

maintain that. My program is the same ratios of fat, protein and carbs as Dr.

Jan K's Optimal Diet. He says this:

" Under no circumstances should we mix different kinds of fuel or the two

different sources of energy: fats and carbohydrates, more precisely we should

maintain a correct proportion between the two. "

That reference is on this page:

I don't know all of the details about why you shouldn't, since his information

is in Polish, and English translations are very difficult to understand:

So I basically stick to meats and fats, and very little carbs!

All the best, Bee
