Guest guest
Hello My name is Charlie. I have been reading for the last couple of hours Bee's website. What an incredible wealth of information. A little about myself. I am a 49 year old male, dealt with insomnia for over a year. During that time I did a adrenal test which in addition to low adrenal function, showed that I have severe gluten intolerance. I began a GF diet at the end of Aug 2010. At the end of Oct my doctor (who thankfully is opened minded to things that a lot MD's aren't open to) said that I probably also have chronic yeast infection and should adjust my diet to combat that. After reading Bee's website, I see that I need much more adjusting and along with my wife am currently reworking my menu. I struggle with fatigue still and have the most horrible spacey, woozy, dazey, sleeping feeling in my head. It is so strange, as if I am not quite completely attached to the world around me. At present I can only drive a car in 35mph or less zones. I loss my balance frequently when I walk or turn my head side to side. Has anyone else experienced such head weirdness? Thank you for hearing me out. I look forward to exchanging experiences, ideas, and encouragement. God's Blessing to all. Charlie

The woozy, dazey sleepy/detached sensation sounds like symptoms of sleep deprivation, since you mention insomnia. However, had you mentioned anxiety in some way then I would have said a combination of sleep deprivation & depersonalization since you also refer to the detached sensation. Nonetheless, I know how you feel exactly, since I too have felt those feelings from sleep deprivation. I have also in the past, had experience with anxiety to extremes, so I am familiar with that realm as well. Charlie, if you have no neck injury, then losing balance while turning head side to side can also be associated to your lack of sleep, also the sensations can be labelled under the term vertigo. Nonetheless, all the symptoms you've mentioned are relative to Candida. Your doctor is very astute to suspect yeast infection and you have come to the right place to begin your journey back to health. Thank you for acknowledging the wealth of information on my website. I try, but I'm learning more and more all the time. Ed focused on your sleep deprivation, however I believe the main reason you are fatigued and have head weirdness, liked losing your balance, being woozy, etc. is because of toxins which can greatly affect the brain, nervous system, etc. It also indicates your body is not as able to detoxify itself like it would if it were healthy. Toxins interfere with coordination, being able to think, balance, and also sleep. So you are on the right track to do this program since it provides your body with what it needs to do its job the way Nature intended. Since you are new, ensure you read two important articles so you know what you need to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php The best in health, Bee
