I want to beat this so much.  I have been on the diet for 5 months but I have

been cheating with " sugar free gum " and almond butter.  I think I am basically

starting from day one again because of my cheats.  I was not craving sugar so

much before but now I am just craving something sweet so bad.  I just made

zucchini chips with coconut oil and salt which kind of cured my craving as of

now.  (Hanky bee for the recipe it was the best thing I've had in months.)  My

symptoms are a lot better but I know I need to be more strict on myself.  I

think if I ate almond butter once a week with cinnamon then that would be my one

cheat.  Hopefully I can get this down this time around. Thanks.. Also I know

this has nothing to do with my cheats but I got an allergy test a while back

that said I was allergic to eggs, wheat, dairy, and basically everything.  Do

yo

think that was the candida?  I really think this diet would be easier for me if

I could eat eggs but when I tried to eat them a while back I got 3 huge cysts on

my chin.  I also have weird reactions when I eat any other meat other then

fish.  I think this is why the diet has been so hard for me because all I have

been eating is fish and veggies..  I ate chicken the past two days and noticed

a

breakout on my chin.  I wish I wasn't so sensitive to food :(

*** Hi Celeste - like Bee responded, you can do whatever you want to do; you

will just get better " faster " by following Bee's program as it is written.
