Guest guest
Came across a few websites that claimed that fats/ protein harbor candida and that eating raw fruits and vegetables does not. --Then I thought to myself how come a jar of coconut oil can sit on the shelf for years and never see mold or fungus? Where is there " harbor " theory there. I never see mold or fungus growing on my meat or fat in my fridge .. The foods that seem to get moldy the fastest are usually the Raw veggies and fruit...So there theory on fats/oils harboring candida is $%%$$8.,. Lard can sit in your fridge for a long time and it does not get moldy! Protein seems to get an off acidic taste when it gets bad--Probably indicating more of a bacteria than a mold or fungus. Sometimes I like the cooked veggie broth idea better. Nutrients are better absorbed and don't have to deal with the plant fiber getting in the way.
