Guest guest
Hi Bee, I was wondering if i can still get healthy by consuming more than my expected ratios. My current ratios are around (and sometimes more): Protein - 120.2 g Carbohydrates - 22.9 g Fat - 212.3 g This is including the supplements I am taking (Nutritional Yeast Flakes, Cod Liver Oil, Coconut Oil). I am suppose to include the supplements to my ratio correct? Anyways, my expected ratio should be: Protein - 63 g Carbohydrates - 50 g Fat - 156 - 219 I find it difficult to maintain my protein ratio at around 63 g because I get so hungry all the time. Am I wasting my time by not following these ratios and should I slowly change so that I am consuming the right ratios? Thanks for all of your help Bee!
