E), Stearyl Alcohol, DL-Panthenol, Ethyl Panthenol and Panthenyl Hydroxypropyl Steardimonium Chloride, Retinyl Palmitate (Vit. A), Lavendula Intermedia Leaf / Flower / Stern Extract (Certified Organic), Linoleic & Linoleic Acid (Vit. F), Triticum Vulgare (Hydrolyzed Wheat) Protein, Vegetable Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Cyclopentasiloxane and Dimethicone, Oxybenzone, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Fragrance Oil Blend 2) Shampoo INGREDIENTS: Aqua, Elaeis guineensis (palm) oil, Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, Glycerin, Pinus divaricata (pine) extract, Pinus banksiana (pine) extract, Medicago Sativa (Alfalfa) Leaf, Chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower extract, Echinacea purpurea flower extract, Urtica dioca (nettle) leaf extract, Trifolium pretense (clover) flower extract, Thuja plicata (cedar) oil, Caramel color 3) Deodorant by Kiss My Face Ingredients: Water, Potassium Alum, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract, Usnea Barbata (Lichen) Extract, Trisodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate Also I read the recent article about hair dye and I'm still a little confused. It stated that Aveda hair dyes are 97% natural-does that make them okay for this program? I'm scared to use henna. I hope this message isn't too long. I'm scared to use henna. +++The word natural is not regulated so it can be used by any company whether the product is actually natural or not. I don't know whether Aveda hair dyes are okay or not. It also states that the potassium alum is a natural mineral salt. Thoughts? Also, I know you are strict about what constitutes as being on your program in terms of diet, supplements, etc., but I haven't read anything about external products. If I was dying my hair with something that did contain small amounts of chemicals would I be considered as not following the program. I'm trying to do everything to the letter, but this is a tough one for me.
