Also I read the recent article about hair dye and I'm still a little confused.

It stated that Aveda hair dyes are 97% natural-does that make them okay for this

program? I'm scared to use henna.

I hope this message isn't too long. Thank you in advance>

+++Hi , #1 and #2 above are okay, but #3 contains alum (aluminum) and

some other ingredients are questionable too so I wouldn't say it was okay.

+++The word natural is not regulated so it can be used by any company whether

the product is actually natural or not. I don't know whether Aveda hair dyes

are okay or not.

Hi Bee,

Thanks for your quick reply. The deodorant says it is aluminum and paraben

free. It also states that the potassium alum is a natural mineral salt.

Thoughts?

Also, I know you are strict about what constitutes as being on your program

in terms of diet, supplements, etc., but I haven't read anything about

external products. If I was dying my hair with something that did contain

small amounts of chemicals would I be considered as not following the

program. I'm trying to do everything to the letter, but this is a tough one

for me.

Thanks,
