I craved for them after mercury poisoning,Then I started taking Selenium and my craving for tomatos stopped. Appearently it was because my body needed Selenium. I think our body is telling us what it needs.Nil olives | Strangely enough I get strong cravings for olives. It can't be just any old | olive, it has to be specific types, usually Greek. I prefer Greek Cracked | olives to most other types. A few others help reduce the craving but that's | my standby for now. I suppose it gives me salt, but I wonder sometimes if it | helps in other ways. I know I crave them when I feel the worst and I usually | feel better after eating them. | Anyone else with odd cravings that seem to help if they are satisfied? | | | | | | This list is intended for patients to share personal experiences with each other, not to give medical advice. Guest guest
Hello, 1. What is the nutritional value of different types of olives. 2. Is any particular type more helpful than the others? 3. In what form are they most effective, i.e. in powder, juice, raw, sauteed, etc ? 4. What other properties does olive posses? 5. Does the leaf, stem and root have any uses too? 6. Any other remarks you'll might want to add. Thanks, Prashant __________________________________________________
