coffee enema problem

Good morning group,

I just made my first attempt with a coffee enema and ran into a problem, now

I don't know how to proceed.

I did the clear enema first, then 2 cups of coffee that I was able to hold

for 8 minutes. I got up to to expel and barely anything expelled at all.

It's been over an hour now and nothing else has come out (unless it could

have absorbed, but it doesn't feel that way). I feel bloated and have a

little cramping.

I've tried walking and moving to see if I can get it moving, but nothing

yet.

I don't know if I should do the second coffee enema now or not.
