cancer.

+++Hi ina,

If eggs caused cancer then our ancestors, as well as animals, who have eaten

eggs for thousands of year would have had cancer too. However, cancer rarely

happened prior to industrialization, particularly of our foods by the food

industry.

If eating more than four eggs a week caused cancer everyone on my program would

have cancer, including me, since I have at least 3 per day.

Eggs are Nature's most perfect natural food - to learn more see these articles:

I don't believe eggs cause cancer. This is the first time I hear such a thing.

If that was true, the most of the population would be suffering from cancer

already. I wouldn't worry about eating eggs at all, especially if they are

organic. Enjoy your eggs! They are the perfect food! If you are worried about

getting salmonella from them, just wash them under running water before cracking

the shell.

+++Hi ina,

That is more true than most people realize. If you observe the areas that most

false information is directed at you'll see " they are " creating abnormal fear of

many normal things in life:

1) germs

2) foods

2) having sex by claiming some bugs are sexually transmitted - the false

contagious theory

3) normal emotional or mental reactions, like active kids, or adults and kids

who don't have a good attention span (maybe because they are toxic,

malnourished, etc.?)

Psychiatry invents disorders out of normal behaviour so they can get more people

on damaging/toxic drugs and treatments:

Did you know psychiatry says that Choosing healthy foods is a mental disorder?
