Guest guest
i have found out ive had candida due to abuse of antibiotics prescribed from a doctor, since then i have researched tons of treatments and solutions. I am sticking to STRICT diet and taking healthy supplements recommended by victims/doctors specializing in candida. i started the diet and felt great improvement slowly but surely, havent messed up yet with diet and am relaxing, staying positive, and everything in between. the three symptoms which are most severe that do not seem to be improving are my heart (rapid pounding heart beat all the time wether moving or relaxing) and brain? (constant dizzyness, no balance) and throat (closed up feeling with the die off symptoms, cant breathe).....i realize this is part of the healing process most likely but for reassurance and other options...are there any safe natural supplements to take (l-cartinine, l arginine, fish oil supplement?) to strengthen the heart or alleviate rapid pounding heart beat while on the candida food/supplement diet? the same for dizziness and breathing/closed up feeling in throat?....the most im concerned about is the heart since im only 24 and have had heart attack symptoms so severe i would have to go to ER countless times, doctors always agreed it was heart attack symptoms and never could figure out why nothing would show on ekg...thank you sidenote- what are your thoughts on wheatgrass for the candida diet...i took a SMALL sip, less than a mouthful and i had allergic reactions symptoms (closed throat most severe but didnt go to hospital waited it out) i felt nauseaous and sleepy and crappy...the next day i felt improved energy and health only slightly but enough to notice positive wheatgrass effect...could the reaction i had be dieoff symptoms or allergic reaction from trace mold on wheatgrass? (bought it at a grocery store and was probably sitting out for a couple days),,,,i want to take it again but am considering the complications...
