Guest guest
Bee, hi. I've been struggling with fatigue for about 5 years. Last July I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. My sleep doctor wanted me to try a CPAP machine (breathing machine), which I did for about a month. I didn't notice any difference in my level of fatigue. My sleep doctor thinks that something else is going on -- he wonders if depression (or something else) is causing my fatigue. I don't think I'm depressed. I think my fatigue is primarily being caused by Candida. And now that I've been on your diet for 9 months, I think my fatigue is also being caused by my body healing itself. By the way, my fatigue has improved a bit since getting on your diet. MY QUESTION: How might your program/diet improve sleep apnea? Thanks, Bee!
