Hi Arianna, I read your post and Im so sorry that you have been through so much

in recent times. Severe emotional upsets can definitely have a negative impact

physically, especially because the mind is very much connected with your

physical body. I cannot advise you on the diet part of it because I think its

best to leave it to the experts on here, but Im wondering if the tighness in

your throat can be indicative of a food allergy that you developed from the

emotional distress. Food allergies can be triggered anytime throughout ones

life time and emotional upset is a ligitimate trigger. You may want to

eliminate things one at a time and see how you feel. Hang in there and you'll

eventually get what it is. Be sure to continue to surround yourself with

supportive people. I send to you a big healing hug!

since last i did write. i have been on the diet for about 20 months. i felt i

was progressing with certain things, and inbetween i would have these

" breakdowns " . i would completely lose it emotionally, and have all of these

phsical symptoms along with it. i wouldnt be able to do much at that time

phsically, or the symptoms would get worse. i would just wait it out, and

eventually get stronger again.

> since my brother was shot, and my mom had a heart attack i have been trying to

take it easy as much as possible. i hvae been working on deep breathing, taking

baths, and releasing emotion. as you know about a week after my brother was shot

i experienced a tightness in my throat, and then my heart starting hurting. all

of that released about a month ago for a couple weeks...and now is back again.

its seems to be worse now. my throat gets so tight sometimes that it feels as

though i am choking. sometimes its like a gaging feeling. a lot of burping, it

seems as though if i am siting or lying down i am ok, but once i get up and

start moving around or begin talking my heart starts beating really fast, and i

feel pressure in my body especially in the head, neck, chest, ribcage area. i

have been super emotional lately, and have released alot more emotion through

crying breakdowns, i talk to friends, a sister at a church, and others to help.

the emotions are clearing out...but the phsical stuff is still around. sometimes

my lungs feel tight, and my adrenals hurt. i have been watching my sea salt

consumption, and i am ok on that. i have had to cut down on buter...and cannot

tolerate egg drinks anymore. it makes my throat super tight. i have seen docs,

done blood tests, checked out my heart. i know last time you said you couldnt

help me anymore...but i am wondering if you can give me a little reassurance

now...sometimes i feel scared.

+++Dear arianna,

It is good to hear from you my friend. I've been thinking about you and praying

you are able to get through these terrible tragedies.

I said I couldn't help you because I cannot do anything about your emotional

suffering, except to advise you to follow the program carefully. It is mainly

the nutrients that are so important for your physical health, and they also help

you emotionally.

It is natural to feel scared because of what you've been through. Whenever you

remember your brother or your mother having a heart attack it will bring back

all of the emotional and the physical responses you had during those times.

So the best you can do for yourself is this program, and don't doubt that it is

helping you in spite of your emotional reactions.

Healing hugs & Prayers, Bee

hi bee...

thank you for thinking of me:)

i have another question. since the symptoms i am experiencing are so

severe...and it seems as though certain foods trigger it even more ( all the

fats). i have had to cut down on the butter to very little. do you think i

should cut down on coconut oil too? i am at 4 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons.

+++Hi arianna,

Yes, it would be a good idea to take less coconut oil, and slowly increase it

like you did when you started on the program.
