Guest guest
Hi, I've had issues with candida since I got pregnant, now that I had the baby I've had yeast issues with breastfeeding and now my 7 week old has thrush. Also can't seem to lose the weight and breast feeding ususally melts it away. I am interested in the diet but am not sure how it will affect breastfeeding and can I safely use coconut oil while breastfeeding?
