So just annother update. 2 weeks into the program. My healing sypmtoms seemed

to settle a little bit. I had massive hair shed, diarrhea, and some acne. But

this week, they are still present but not as bad and my acne cleared quite

nicely! I was wondering do healing symptoms kinda rise and fall throughout the

program. I was panicing at first, they were so strong. I am going to do an

enema this week and I got my skin brush today, so I am really on board. Keep

you up to date

Hi Casey,

That's great you are noticing changes! That means the program is working for

you.

You are correct in assuming that your healing symptoms can rise and fall

throughout the program. This is because as we give our bodies what they need to

heal, they become stronger and are better able heal. You can expect that after

a strong healing reaction, you will feel better for some time, and then suddenly

you'll feel worse again.

As Bee says, true healing isn't a straight upward climb to health. You'll have

ups and downs along the way. Just know that since you are feeding your body

according to Nature, you'll be progressing towards better health.

All the best!
