Guest guest
Hi everyone, I received 10 questionnaires from women who said they gained weight on my program. I did not include two women in my evaluation because: -One woman is over 55 years old, had diabetes and many hormonal issues, and has only been on my program 14 months so her body hasn't had enough time to normalize any weight issues. -One woman only started on my program 1 month ago, and is still taking medications. The good new IS that all of the other 8 women are in the normal weight range, so even though they may have gained weight, their weight is closer to normal now, and none of them are overweight! All 8 women, except 1, have also had great improvements in their health. One woman has been on my program 19 months but claims she has had no improvements in her health, which I find hard to believe, yet she is also in the normal weight range. So weight may be a matter of what a person " thinks " they should weight, rather than what the body needs to weigh. Women don't like it when the size they are " used to " wearing no longer fits them. I've known some people who would rather look good and be slim rather than be healthy. If you are one of those people you shouldn't be on my program.
