Hi Bee,

Is it normal to shock people like an electric shock while detoxing? Since

I've started diet, I notice I've been very staticy and constantly shocking

people even if I just walk by the person.

Thank you as always,

Jess

+++Jess,

If you wear a lot of synthetic clothes, or have a lot of synthetic fibers in the

area, i.e. carpets, flooring, etc. you can become a shock factory whether you

are detoxing or not.

Also, in the winter the air is drier and an electric charge that

builds up on the body is not dissipated as it is during the other

months, when the humidity in the air bleeds off these charges. So

you're more prone to get " zapped " in the winter. The combination of my

shoes and the carpet we have where I work is notorious. I've gotten

some nasty shocks this winter and shocked others if I touched them.
