Coffee enema results

Hi Bee,

I finally got up enough courage to try a coffee enema. I have advanced adrenal

fatigue and was afraid of it's potentially stimulating effects.

I've done two now and the first one I diluted quite a bit and noticed no effect

whatsover. The second I diluted down to half of the recommended dose (using SA

s enema coffee). I held one two cup enema for 10 minutes, followed by a

succesive two cup enema for ten minutes. I didn't feel stimulated afterwards

but imediately felt very weak. After a few hours the weekness wore off. That

night my body and head hurt immensely for a few hours before falling asleep and

the next day I awoke feeling depressed and a little weak and that lasted for two

days. Also, my gums are severely inflammed and the coffee enema exacerbated the

inflammation and added shooting pains in my teeth. Also, I became more thirsty

at night, with an increase in difficulty sleeping for about 5 days.

I've read many accounts of people's reactions to coffee enemas and I'd like to

know what your thoughts are on why some people exhibit a decrease in symptoms

and why others exibit an increase in symptoms. I understand that the increase

in symptoms could be healing reactions, but I'm not sure that all bodies,

especially mine, can handle a certain level of healing reactions. The second

coffee enema that I took did not feel beneficial.

Is it posible to explain in further depth what is physically happening in the

liver, blood, etc that would cause a decrease and an increase in symptoms?

Thank you!

Beth

+++Hi Beth. Did you do a clear water enema and the dry skin brushing before you

did the coffee enema? This is from the article:

It is beneficial to do " dry skin brushing " immediately before each enema, making

up to four passes over each body surface. If you are not accustomed to skin

brushing regularly, only make one pass over the body. This stimulates the

adrenal glands, so the lymph mucoid will pass into the colon. As soon as an

enema is done the channels for the flow open up, allowing some lymphatic

detoxification to take place as well.

+++Toxins being released causes a number of detoxification symptoms and

reactions, but they are nothing to be concerned about. That means the enema is

working like it should.

However, you should reduce the amount of coffee, usually by half like you did

the first time, and only increase it after doing about 6 enemas. Be sure that

your water is non-chlorinated too.

I hope that helps, Bee

+++Hi Dobrusia,

Every person's response to coffee enemas will be different, which depends on

many factors, i.e. age, how long toxins have accumulated, how long they have

been unhealthy, how much debilitation there is, how long they've been on the

program, stresses in their lives, etc.

Some people will experience great relief because the coffee enema unburdened

their liver and lymphatic system.

Yet another person experiences the effects of toxins being released into the

system, that their bodies aren't yet as able to get rid of easily, so it is

important for them to cut back on the amount of coffee, and slowly increase it.

All the best, Bee
