Guest guest
Greetings: I know everyone hates it when I talk about Chinese medicine but I thought I would give the group a heads up that Saturday starts " Earth " season -- ie Stomach, Spleen and Pancreas. I was talking to a Chinese pracitioner buddy and she was reminding me to pay attention and not to fall into the trap of " extremes " during this season. One end is over-responsibility and being too controlling ( and exhausting yourself) and the other (the Wood/Liver/GB end) is anger and its lesser cousins. So since many of us have had a brush or two with pancreatitis we need to be very careful to mind our pees and cues, rest, eat well, exercise, ...gosh...I sound like WIll. Anyway, read Will's last post on a dissolving and healthy lifestyle plan and choose from that incredible menu of great ideas what will fit for you. (atlanta by way of China)
Guest guest
, perhaps this time of " Earth " season will see my pancreas healing. I am trying to be gentle to it with thinking healing thoughts, massage GB area, etc. I am open minded and willing to try anything that can't hurt and may help.
