Hi Bee and the rest of the Group :) I am on the look out for the

healthiest grilling oil for my fast food concept ... I won't be deep

frying, but I will be grilling alot ..... Im pretty sure coconut oil

wont work as 1. expensive 2. Changes the taste of the food.

I need the next best option, while keeping trans Fats at 0 and Saturated

fats low ( As I think the government in Australia will not let me use

anything with high saturated fats as they think it causes heart disease

) as per this article I found about KFC:

I was interested in Palm oil but looks like that wont be an option now

....

I Will NOT use Canola !!!!

I will use Olive oil on all salads .... but I need something for

grilling ...

Everyones help and experience would be appreciated !

Does anyone know what Chipotle in the US use ?

Thanks Chris
