I havn't been able to answer it yet and now I can't find the post again:) > > I have read a lot on your page and learnt a lot about candida etc! > Do I have to go only organic on this diet? As it is quite hard to get only organic produce and it is quite expensive? +++Hi Tina. No, you don't have to only have organic on this program. However organic vegetables won't contain any pesticides, and they won't be irradiated (zapped with radiation) like some non-organic vegetables are. Non-organic meats and eggs means the animals aren't treated right and they contain less nutrients too, but it is still better to have them if you can't afford organic. > > I'm not able to follow the diet now yet as I am in India etc.. But I am not eating any sugars (A) or dariy ( at the moment and hardly any grains © (except chickpeas, almonds, ground nuts and some rice) and no vegetable oils or alcohol etc.. (I know you are supposed to go onto the program slowly but A and B was not so hard as I have been on a diet before and I don't eat a lof of sugar and milk anymore) +++Hopefully you are having butter. As you get on the diet completely, and slowly of course, you will need to eliminate all grains, nuts, seeds and legumes (chickpeas or any beans or peas from pods). > > Is it possible to see changes in my health now eating like this for a while or only when I have been on the complete diet for some months? (I will eliminate C, D etc slowly when I'm back in Australia) +++You will get some good changes. > > Can I start taking reccomended supplements now or do I have to wait till I am on the diet completely? +++You start on supplements at the same time as you start on the diet. > > I wrote earlier that I was very sick! I just realised that the bathroom where we are staying contains a lot of mold. Do you think that could be the reason I was so weak/sick? (I'm usally never this weak) I found your page written about mold so we are trying to sort it out... +++Some people can be affected by mold, but others aren't. You can follow these instructions for removing mold: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/toxin14.php > I have had candida since I was 14 as I know, but had a lot of eczema and diarrhea as a child, does that mean I might have had candida since birth? +++It is possible, however even if you didn't have candida as a child you should do this program to heal all of the health issues you had that led up to getting candida, since candida is the " result " of poor health. That means doing the program 1 month for every year you are in age, i.e. if you are 35 years old you do it for 35 months. +++After that you need to obtain the correct combination of nutrients by following the basic principles of this program, including taking supplements, in order to stay healthy otherwise your health will go downhill again. Ghee is beneficial to people who aren't able to digest the proteins (casein) in butter. The rules about lactose in dairy is the higher the butterfat content the lower the lactose, and butterfat helps our bodies digest lactose and proteins in dairy.
