Hello Bee,

I was curious if baking soda added to my coffee enemas would have any affect

either positive or negative? Also, I was wanting to make sure that my bloat and

stomach pain is still normal or okay to have after being on the program for 2

1/2 months. I was especially severe during my period last week to a degree I

have never experienced in my life! I have been feeling pain in my stomach this

month which struck me as odd when I didn't have it in the very beginning of the

program. Should I be concerned? Thank you!

+++Hi ,

No, please do not change the coffee enema in any way, since it won't work like

it should. I suggest you start with less coffee in the same amount of water.

If you've ever had any of those symptoms before this program your body will be

retracing them as you heal, so it is nothing to be concerned about - see this

Be sure you are only having well-cooked carbs / vegetables - see this article:

You could do my 9-Day Program, and wait until later to do the coffee enemas:

All the best, Bee
