Guest guest
> > Hi! > > I just read the list of recommended supplements and was just wondering if it was necessary to take all of them. I am a poor student and cannot afford this many supplements. +++Hi there. Welcome to our group. What is your name please? People who don't take all of the supplements don't do as well since the supplements and diet work together. However, you can make your own calcium supplements from eggshells: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp2.php Instead of taking B vitamins you can also eat red meat liver, 4 ounces 3 times a week, or take raw frozen liver pills as described here: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp3.php However, taking Niacin (B3) is very important. You actually save money on this program because you won't be buying so many personal care and cleaning products that are expensive. You can use baking soda to brush your teeth and as underarm deodorant. There are inexpensive shampoo and cleaning product recipes too. You won't be buying so many processed packaged foods, drinks, snacks and so on, and you could evaluate your spending. Instead of movies buy supplements. If you buy more than one supplement at a time you can get discounts on them, and pay less for shipping. Maybe a kind family member would help you buy them since they are so important for your health. You could ask them instead of buying you a birthday or Christmas gift. I suggest you order all supplements through iHerb on my website, and you'll get $5.00 off your first order if you give my Rewards Number, which EWI284: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/resource/iherb.php Since you are new ensure read two important articles so you know what you need to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these 202 wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, I don't use the US metric system so I'm not familiar with ounces, pounds etc. Some time ago I read about the amount of liver consumption per week and googled for the conversion to grams. However I must have been confused with the amounts, since I was also reading the amount of meat you recommended for one serving. So I mistakenly thought 4 ounces mean 170 grams and I ate 170 grams of liver 3 times a week for a few months till this day when I saw this message and double checked the conversion! I am really freaked out right now and please could you tell me if I may be megadosed on vit A and if there are any dangers I should be worried about. I reread the article on the site and it says: " A good recommendation for liver is one 100-gram serving of beef, lamb, bison or duck liver (about 4 ounces) once or twice a week " . And google result says 4 ounces = 113 grams. So how is it? For me it is important to know the right amount in grams. Guest guest
Bee, I had 170 g x3 times a week! That's more than 1.5 the amount recommended. And it was beef liver. But how would I know if I overdosed vit A? Also can I split the recommended amount for one week, that is 12 ounces into 2 servings? Or it has to be just 3 servings? If you were toxic, you'd have an enlarged liver and spleen, and your skin would be peeling. Bee
Guest guest
Thanks Bee, And how about the serving amount? Can I eat 6 ounces x2 times a week instead of 4 ounces x3 times a week?
