I'm going on 5-6 months of a rock hard lymph node on my neck and am planning on having the doctor check it. Is there a way to verify (without a biopsy) that it's not cancerous? +++Hi Marti, Exactly is the lymph nodes located, and how big is it? Has it changed at all since starting on my program? Up or down in size, or softer or harder, etc. Are you massaging it, along with massaging around it? How long in months have you been completely on this program? Guest guest
Hi Bee, Thank you for this personal attention! I started the program in September and am almost completely on it (95%). I think I'm about ready to be all the way on, even though the healing reactions create quite a bit of fatigue. I believe it is my tonsilar lymph node that is swollen. It swelled up around the time I started the program and did fluctuate up and down and seemed to be softer for a while, but now has remained larger and hard for a couple of months. It is round and about 1 1/2 " in diameter. I have been massaging the lymph node and around it and also been doing dry skin brushing daily. Any info may help to put my mind at ease. Thank you again! You can also do these things to help your adrenal glands and your entire lymphatic system: 1. Put wet hot packs on the swollen lymph node. 2. Cup your hand and tap hard on the skin overlapping the adrenal glands for 2 minutes daily. Your adrenal glands are located just above the kidneys on your back. 3. Do reflexology: The reflex points are located 2 inches above and 1 inch to the right side of the belly button, and also 1 inch to the left side of the belly button. Rub these two points vigorously for 1 minute 3 times a week. These spots will probably be tender if the adrenals are malfunctioning. Ensure you are taking 1.5 teaspoons of ocean sea salt per day, which are very important for your lymphatic system. Guest guest
Hi Bee, I have not had any root canals or dental implants. I've had about 12 cavities filled within the last 10 years and for the last couple of years also red slightly unhappy gums. I've been religious with the celtic salt. I will try the other 3 suggestions and get back to you. Thanks again! Marti From: beeisbuzzing2003@...
