Guest guest
Hi Bee, It's been a while since I've been on here, since overall I have improved a great deal. I have been on the diet for about 15 months now and have seen improvements though healing has been very gradual. I have much more energy, most days feeling almost normal as opposed to chronically fatigued. My skin tone and quality has improved with less skin outbreaks-I'm now 41 and most people guess I " m in my late twenties so something good must be happening there! Food and some environmental allergies have reduced. After months of losing hair, that has stopped and I have put on weight which was a relief for me since I was down to 100 lbs at 5'4 " . I feel that my adrenals are stronger and hypoglycemia has improved. So, overall many improvements on this program-and yet, I am looking for reassurance and advice about where I'm at now in my healing journey. I would guess that my problems started about 11 years ago with allergies developing etc. I assume that would mean that most of my allergy issues should be resolved by now. Since moving back to Texas from Ireland a year ago, my hay fever and environmental allergies seem to have gotten worse. Granted I don't know many here who don't suffer including my husband who is Irish and never had allergies before moving here. Nonetheless, I have had to start wearing a nasal strip every night to open my nasal passages, otherwise I can't breathe. I am using a neti pot and take quercetin and stinging nettle, though I often only take 2000 mg of C, forgetting to take the rest. I'm feeling somewhat frustrated with this situation hoping I would be further along in my healing. I'm just wondering if it's normal that I am still suffering this much and if there is anything else I can do to improve this situation. It's quite uncomfortable not being able to breathe well at night and occasionally I've had to resort to a nasal spray, the only medicine I've take since starting on this program. I appreciate any advice that might help with this and reassure me that I am on track time-wise as well??... Regards, Samia Geraghty

Would you please re-post your message for me, breaking it up into paragraphs, and making your questions to me more noticeable?
