How long have you had thyroid problems, and how long have you been on my program, and then I can advise you better. > > 2) BAKING POWDER (non-aluminium powder - not baking soda) > > Is it okay to use 1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder to make my 2 year old, who is completely on the diet, chicken pancake like patties? +++What is in the recipe since I can't see any reason to use baking powder unless it also contains grains or flour of some kind. You have a great day too! Bee
Guest guest
I have been on 1 or 2 grain thyroid about a year and a half (it will be 2 years in may). I have been completely on the diet since new year - almost two months.(partially on it for a year) The chicken pancake recipe is as follows: 1 egg 1/4 cup egg drink 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt 1/2 to full chicken breast > > 1.) At that time my doctor and didn't know my thyroid would normalize and because I was still taking thyroid meds and iodine my thyroid went from low to extremely high in a short time, called Grave's Disease. I didn't know any better, so it was zapped with radioactive iodine which completely destroyed it. If I had known what I know now I would've averted that disaster. So please stop taking thyroid meds now. > > The chicken pancake recipe is as follows: > 1 egg > 1/4 cup egg drink > 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon > 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon baking powder > 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt > 1/2 to full chicken breast +++I don't think you need to add baking powder to it, otherwise the recipe is okay. All the best, Bee
