Could it be happening because my body is still adjusting to fats? +++Hi Jess, It is normal to have changes up and down in many things throughout your body while you are healing and detoxifying, including changes in temperature in some areas (hot or cold). It is also possible for your blood pressure to change up or down. All of these things will come and go as you heal, so do not be concerned. It isn't because your body is adjusting to the fats; it is because your body is becoming more able to heal and detoxify itself. Getting healthy is not a steady uphill climb towards health where you feel better and better every day; it has its ups and downs because of how the body heals itself. Guest guest
Thank you Bee. It is just so nerve wrecking because it happens all the time now and my eyes cross through out the day. When I read about other people's reactions, i see headaches, diarrhea, constipation. I don't read about anyone with similar reactions and this worries me so much. I always try to search the forum before going to you. I have no where else to turn to. If anyone else has similar reactions, please share? cold sensations especially lower part of body eyes crossing nerves jumping Thank you so much, Jess xo > > > > Hi Bee and group, > > > > Since starting diet(Jan 1st), after i eat and it happens almost every time my feet become cold. Guest guest
Hi Jess, I don't know if this will help you, but I sometimes get very cold after I eat. I do believe it is part of the healing process. I has come and gone over the years and happens more when I'm tired. I don't get it as much as I used to. I've never had my eyes cross nor got the jumping nerves you describe, but I have heard of other people talking about tingling or strange nerve feelings which Bee has described as the nerves waking up again. Hang in there! It's all a part of the process. ) Group Moderator > > > > > > Hi Bee and group, > > > > > > Since starting diet(Jan 1st), after i eat and it happens almost every time my feet become cold. You don't need to have anyone else confirm whether your specific reactions are normal or, since they are definitely normal body reactions your body goes through as it is healing and detoxifying itself. I got lots of cold sensations, and also hot, when I was very sick with candida. I also had my eyes cross and have all kinds of symptoms. And of course my nerves were jumping like crazy, which often means your nerves are becoming more alive. In fact all of the disease processes are exactly the same as the healing and detoxifying processes created by the body itself in an effort to maintain its health, in spite of poor nutrition, toxins, etc. NOTE: The only difference for people on this healthy program is they are now progressing towards health, rather than becoming more and more unhealthy, or dis-eased, because they are giving their body what it needs to " be healthy " according to Nature's Laws on Health. The medical field labels each and every " sign " of poor health as separate dis-eases, illnesses, symptoms, etc., however all of them are simply " signs " the body is working hard to maintain its health, so all of those " signs " are actually normal body reactions. In other words, they are just " signs " that the body is successfully attempting to restore its own balance. As Florence Nightengale, the famous nurse, says: " There are no specific diseases; there are [only] specific disease conditions. " All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Jess! Within a couple of weeks of starting this diet, I did have my eyes cross - though it only happened once - while I was driving! Scared the bejeepers out of me!! I could not for the life of me uncorss them - had to pull over and just wait. I wonder if the aspect of cells that are stiff and bound up because of toxins causes spasms sometimes in places where the nerves/muscles are supposed to be normally funtioning, but maybe are spastic from the stiffness or are releasing the toxins and get spastic in the process. Even though I am on all of the correct supplements for this diet, I get spasms in all kinds of places on my body - my back, my legs, and around my eyes. I know for a fact that the Candida (I have definitely had it since childhood - and I am now 40) has deeply affected my nervous system. Doctors wanted to put me on all kinds of anti anxiety meds, and I defintely have a VERY sensitive nervous system to noises, smells, and other people's emotions etc. The effects of Candida on people's nervous systems I think will be different for each individual, but it DOES DEEPLY affect the nervous system. It has been strange to watch myself go from a easy going laid back social person to a hyper sensitive recluse. All nerves! Hang in there! I am watching my super low blood counts (docs wanted to call it leukemia, but really couldn't figure me out) rise up pretty quickly over the past year. My red blood cell counts are almost in the normal ranges again, and my hematocrit and hemoglobin have crossed the threshold into normal for the first time in the 4 years I have been getting it monitored. This diet has saved my life quite literally!! Trust me your body will do lots of strange things while it is detoxing. It is worth it. Blessings! - Lilithe >> > > > If anyone else has similar reactions, please share? > > cold sensations especially lower part of body > > eyes crossing > > nerves jumping > > > > Thank you so much, > > > > Jess xo > >
Guest guest
Hi Lilithe, I'm impressed by your message, so may I please post some of it as a Success Story, particularly the section about your blood tests improving? Thanks in advance, Bee > > Hi Jess! > > Within a couple of weeks of starting this diet, I did have my eyes cross - though it only happened once - while I was driving! Scared the bejeepers out of me!! Guest guest
Thank you for sharing Lilitthe. I need the encouragement and hearing someone else has gone through the same thing lets me know I'm not crazy. I'm going through this process alone and this forum is the only place I have to turn to. This is why I ask so many questions. My moods change within seconds. So one minute i am optimistic then the next I'm sobbing and don't think I will make it. Yes, it is scary when your eyes start crossing out of nowhere and practically everyday. Omg, yes I am extremely sensitive to noises and people's emotions. I believe I have been for many years without noticing. I have been living in a box for so long, never payed attention to my body or moods. Now I notice everything little thing and it scares me to death. Well, sounds like you really are a success story. I wish you the best! Many blessings to you too and Bee. Thanks again, Jess On Feb 27, 2011 6:58 AM, " Bee " <beeisbuzzing2003@...> wrote:

Hi, Jess. This has been me the past 3 months for sure. And I haven't been on Bee's diet that whole time. It's just a matter of " What is wrong with me and why can't I get better??? " . I have come to realize that people really need to be responsible for their own health. It just sucks that I had to learn the hard way. Guest guest
Hi Sara, Yes, I am trying to to be responsible but its very hard when you don't know what's wrong w/ you or distinguish if your reactions are due to healing or something else. Believe me....I am REALLY trying, that is why I am always on this forum searching for answers. Thank you for sharing though! Blessings and good luck, Jess > > My moods change within seconds. Guest guest
Hi Jess, I just wanted to reiterate what Bee always tells us. If you are on her program, your reactions are always healing reactions, so there is nothing to worry about. All of your reactions are coming from what your body needs to do in order to get healthy. I hope this helps to ease your mind. Guest guest
Thank you . I guess all of my reactions are internal and mental because I don't really get external reactions which makes it harder to deal with. At least for me.
