Guest guest
Hi Bee: Someone was telling me that strawberries have less of a sugar content than avocados. I researched on fitday and came up with this (each 1 cup serving): raw carrots 10.5 carbs; strawberries 11.7; avocado 12.5. What do you make of this. I have not been having any fruit except tomatoes and avocado (I think avocados are fruits). Can we have strawberries and raw carrots but not avocados? Thanks so much, Theresa

Strawberries are 8.7 total carbs after subtracting fibers, and they are very high in fructose, which is the worst kind of sugar anyone can have, even for healthy people. Only have foods on the list: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foodslist.php Bee
