I don't usually get heartburn, I don't get it from foods, but I had high

dose vitamin C the last 2 days (took it every 2 hours). On the second day I

started getting heartburn. Can I buffer my vitamin C with ground eggshells

or something to make it easier on me?

I stopped taking the C for now, but the heartburn isn't gone and baking soda

is not helping either. Do I have to keep sipping it for the day?
