Could you please tell me if this Castile Soap is okay as a body wash?

Ingredients :

Water, Saponified Coconut, Hemp & Olive Oils with retained Glycerin, Vitamin E

Oil (Tocopheryl Acetate), Bitter Almond Oil, Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Rosemary

(Rosmarinus Officinalis) Extract.
