They (S Fallon and M Enig) recommend taking Vit C in the form of acerola powder or amla tablets. Will you update your supplements list when you find another suitable vitamin C that does not include the bioflavonoids, rutin, etc.? Even though the bioflavonoids, rutin, etc. in it aren't necessary, they aren't harmful either. So it is a matter of choice. Some people find tablets are easier to use since they don't have to mix ascorbic acid into water. Of course ascorbic acid by itself can be hard on the stomach so that's why I recommend taking it with complete meals.
