On your candida diet, it says, apple cider vinegar is allowed if the product is unfiltered and unpasteurized(raw), but the information continues saying, to be cautious because most candida sufferers can't tolerate the vinegar. > > My question is, by saying " can't tolerate, " do you mean it has an anti-fungal or anti-candida effect like garlic and cinnamon or some kind of nutrient(s) in the ACV can't be tolerated by many candida sufferers like butter? Or do you simply mean ACVs could feed candida or some people and not for others. +++Hi Reen. I don't know exactly why some people don't tolerate AVC, but I suspect it is because it is made from apples, so maybe it can feed candida ? However, I haven't been able to come to any definite conclusions. > > I'm just worried AGAIN, because I started to take 1 tbsp of ACV every meal (3 times a day) for good digestion, but I looked back at your allowed diet list, 5,6 days after I started taking the ACV just to make sure everything is ok and page stated the " can't tolerate " description mentioned above, so if I'm feeding candida, I want to stop taking it immediately. Well...I don't know if I have reactions though, since my bowel movements are irregular and bad (diarrhea, constipation) right now anyways, so I am unable to tell if I AM actually having any reactions from the ACV or not. I guess the best thing to do is stop consume the ACV? +++There are so many other things you can do to improve your digestion, so I agree that you should stop taking AVC since it isn't necessary for your overall health and progress on this program anyway.
