Some swimming pools use salt which isn't as bad as chlorine. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi ! I soak almost daily (if possible) in a hot springs that is cleaned with ozone and hydrogen peroxide (not strong enough to bleach hair, just run through a filter with these) and I love it! I always feel so much better after being in the springs. But they are also high in sulfur, so I don't know how much that has to do with it. I also keep an ozonator running at home on low levels and swear by it. I know there is a lot of controversy around it, but I take my ozonator whenever I travel, because I am sensitive to the chemicals in hotel rooms, and other people's houses, and it helps eliminate toxic chemical and fragrance smells so I can breathe (I have pretty high MCS thanks to the candida). Hope that helps! - Lilithe > > > > > Hi Bee, do you have an opinion on ozone as a method of treating swimming pools? Guest guest
Hi Lilith, thank you so much for your help. The swimming pools here in the uk that are treated with ozone also still use chlorine but in much smaller ammounts. I think I am going to risk it since my kids have had no chances to swim in normal pools and its freezing in the sea most of the year here and hard to learn to swim in. We will have to travel a couple of hundred miles and stay for a little holliday to make it worth while, but its a great chance for us. Lucky you to have access to a ozoned spring every day! My daughter also used to suffer from multiple sensitivities to perfumes and toxins aswell as major life threatening allergies too and is responding so well to Bee's program. If I can be of any help to you in exchange, please feel free to ask Thanks again, > > > > > >>
