Bee- Why is it that some days my breathiness is bad, while other days, it might

not be as bad? it is so annoying. yoga has helped me learn how to breath right,

but sometimes, it's just a struggle.

+++Hi Lindsi,

It is common for many people to become breathy due to toxins being released, and

also because of the stress of being unhealthy which makes your body run on its

fight/flight nervous system. So keep doing deep breathing exercises.

I understand the struggle you are having breathing right. I've been under a lot

of stress with my dear Mother who is 89 years old and failing badly. Often I

find it takes many deep breaths and concentration to get my body to switch over.

All the best, Bee
